Info-Santé 811
An Info-Santé nurse can give you information and advice about your baby's health problem. If necessary, the nurse will tell you which resources to consult.
Info-Santé is a provincial service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To reach Info-Santé, dial 811.
Consult a doctor
Check to see if your child's family doctor or medical clinic can provide you with a quick consultation.
If you can't get an appointment quickly at his or her clinic, or if your child doesn't have a family doctor, some medical clinics offer walk-in consultations.

Don't have a family doctor and need a medical consultation? You can make an emergency appointment at a super-clinic (GMF accès-réseau).
Network FMGs (GMF-R) and access FMGs (GMF-A) are super-clinics. They are groupings of family doctors who work closely together with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and social workers. Their services address semi-urgent needs or simple emergencies.

A super-clinic offers patients registered with this FMG and those without a family doctor:
- Same-day or next-day (most of the time) emergency appointments;
- On-site or nearby sampling and imaging services;
- Follow-up medical appointments for patients registered with the FMG.
Super-clinics are open 7 days a week, up to 12 hours a day, with some exceptions.
