Our team conducts needs assessments in English with clients and their loved ones. It also accepts referrals for English-speaking clients from other service providers in the health and social services network.
Our team of social workers and nurses liaises with hospitals, CLSCs, and other healthcare institutions to make sure you receive services in English. We will help guide you through the regional health system.
