A CD is free as part of a medical consultation. We charge a $5 fee for requests from a physiotherapist, osteopath, chiropractor, or dentist, or if the patient is outside Canada.
Processing time
Whenever possible, we will create your CD within one to two days. If you need the CD sooner, please specify this in your message and we will do our best to accommodate you.
