I do not have a family doctor. What should I do ?
Do you have a one off, non urgent health problem you would like to consult about? People who do not have a family doctor can use the primary care access point to access health care services. You will be referred to the right health care professional who will be able to meet your needs in a timely manner.
Eligibility
The Capitale Nationale region primary care access point is exclusively for people who:
- Do not have a family doctor;
- Live in the Capitale Nationale region (Quebec City, Portneuf, Charlevoix).
Access to services
Complete the online questionnaire. Once you have completed the online questionnaire, you will be directed to the appropriate resource to get the help you need.

GAP responds to non-emergency health problems. If your health condition requires immediate intervention, or if you feel your situation is urgent, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency.
