Are you looking for an apartment or a residential facility with services? We can assess your needs and guide you through this often difficult decision.
Application for admission to a long-term care facility
Sometimes, staying at home is no longer possible, and a public long-term care centre becomes the best option. Our social workers assess can the care you need and complete all the necessary forms for admission to a public long-term care facility.
