Learn all about pregnancy and parenthood

Our Prenatal Information Meetings, in English, are designed to prepare parents for a positive pregnancy, birth experience and the early days of their child's life.

During these group meetings of just over two hours each, you will find answers to questions that you may have during your pregnancy. This is also a great opportunity to meet other couples and share your experiences as future parents.

Who are these meetings for?

The expectant mother and her partner (or the person who will be with her at birth) who speak English.

Main themes

  • Labour and delivery
  • Becoming parents
  • Feeding your baby

These meetings are in English. If you would prefer prenatal meetings in French, please visit the website of the CIUSSS-CN
